Zenefits Employee WARN Act Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit against Zenefits for a violation of the WARN Act. Zenefits, advertised as the “Number one, all-in-one HR Platform,” recently announced it was laying off 430 employees or 45% of its workforce. The federal WARN act requires employers contemplating mass layoffs, like Zenefits, to give its employees at 60 days’ notice or pay their employees back pay for the 60 days. If you were laid off by Zenefits without receiving 60 days’ notice from your employer, please contact us.
