Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Yanfeng's Holland Tech Center in Holland, Michigan for permanently laying off 55 workers without providing proper notice in accordance with the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act.  The WARN Act stipulates that employers give employees at least 60 days notice prior to termination.  WARNs were filed for previous Yanfeng layoffs at the East Lansing and Highland Park locations.  If you were terminated by Yanfeng's Holland Tech Center without sufficient notice, please submit your information below.
