Xenith EPIC Football Helmet Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals who purchased a Xenith EPIC football helmet.  Xenith markets and sells football helmets for use in professional, college, high school and youth football.  Xenith’s helmets include one sold under the name EPIC.  It is alleged that Xenith has falsely advertised its EPIC football helmet as the top performing football helmet base on independent testing coordinated by the NFL.  It is alleged that Xenith made these false claims knowing they were incorrect and that there were other football helmets that performed better.  If you purchased a Xenith EPIC football helmet, please contact us.
