Wells Fargo Car Insurance Class Action Lawsuit Investigation
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Wells Fargo on behalf of customers who took out auto loans with the bank. It is alleged that Wells Fargo charged over 800,000 customers for car insurance they did not request nor need after they took out the auto loan. It is further alleged that this unwanted, unneeded insurance expense forced 270,000 customers into delinquency, with close to 25,000 of them, including active military service members, losing their vehicle due to the bank’s repossession of it. If you, or a family member, took out a Wells Fargo auto loan, and were charged for car insurance that you did not ask for, please contact us.
