WATER HEATER DEFECT LAWSUIT
Investigating a lawsuit on behalf on property owners whose water heater has failed and/or caused damage to the property. Recently, the number of water heater failures have increased. There are generally two distinct manufacturing defects: non-conductive anode rods and interior coating defects. A resistor anode rod failure, primarily with the resistor itself, renders the anode rod non-conductive and completely ineffective as a corrosion protection device. Interior Coating defects are attributable to the manufacturing process. Impact fractures, where the glass coating has broken free or chipped away, expose the steel tank. If you are a property owner who has experienced a water heater failure, please contact us.
