Volvo XC60 Transmission Class Action
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of Volvo XC60 owners and lessees with vehicles containing the six-speed, dual-clutch automatic transmission. This transmission is essentially two three-speed manual transmissions merged and shifted electrically with two clutches. Using electrical controls rather than traditional hydraulics is supposed to help the transmission boost the fuel economy of the vehicle. Yet since its launch, a sizable number of consumers have reported problems with the dual-clutch transmission, both online and to U.S. auto safety regulators, ranging from hard shifts at speed to not engaging any gear. Some owners have even reported the need for multiple transmission replacements. If you have experienced any problems with your Volvo dual-clutch transmission, please contact us to discuss to speak with an attorney at no charge. |
