Vivint Cancellation Fee Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action on behalf of military families who have been charged excessive fees to cancel a contract with Vivint.  Vivint provides home security systems.  It is alleged that Vivint charged up to $2,000 in cancellation fees when military families have tried to cancel their security contracts after being transferred to a new base or retired due to service-related injuries.  If you are a military family who has been charged an excessive cancellation fee by Vivint, please contact us.
