Did you take single dose cancer medications?

US Oncology sale of leftover cancer medication
Join class action
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against McKesson for illegally selling leftover cancer medications from 2007 to 2010.  It is unknown how many patients may have been affected. It is alleged that the medication originally sold in single-dose vials was repackaged by the McKesson subsidiary, US Oncology, in non-sterile conditions.  As a result, the repackaged medicine could have been contaminated and therefore could have harmed the cancer patients whose immune systems are already fragile.  If you or a loved one took McKesson single-dose cancer medications during the between 2007 to 2010 or if you purchased McKesson single-dose cancer medications, please submit your information below.
