University of California Retirement Savings Loss Class Action Lawsuit Investigation
Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of participants or beneficiaries holding University of California’s Defined Contribution Plan, Tax-Deferred 403(b) Plan, and 457(b) Deferred Compensation or California State’s Tax Sheltered Annuity 403(b) Program plans. It is alleged that the fiduciaries for these two plans breached their fiduciary duty by offering expensive retail funds when similar, less expensive plan funds existed, and as a result, plan holders may have lost millions of dollars in retirement savings. If you are a participant or beneficiary of either plan, please contact us.
