United Healthcare Underpaying Out-Of-Network Providers Class Action Lawsuit Investigation
Investigating a potential class action against UnitedHealthcare for allegedly systematically underpaying out-of-network providers for emergency medical services for more than two years.  It is further alleged that patients are advised by United to ignore the physicians' bills for any remaining balances.  It’s alleged that United is engaging in these activities to coerce physicians into signing network contracts.  United asserts that they are paying what is deemed customary under "FAIR Health" rates.  If you are a physician or part of a group of physicians who has been affected by similar out-of-network insurance payment procedures, please contact us.
