United Airlines Bumped Passengers Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit against United Airlines on behalf of individuals who were seated on a United flight then removed by United employees to make room for another passenger. Following the outrage sparked by the recent viral video of the doctor being dragged from a United flight to give up his seat, more individuals are recounting episodes where they were seated on a United flight and United employees demanded they get off the plane. United has given a variety of justifications for this practice, such as overbooking and “priority passenger lists,” however any individual is entitled to compensation if they are removed from a flight. Pursuant to Department of Transportation regulations, individuals who are “bumped” from a flight must receive up to four times the value of their ticket, depending on how long the resulting delay is. If you paid full-price for a United plane ticket and were subsequently removed from the flight, please contact us.
