Uber Drivers Pay Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of Uber drivers. Recent complaints by Uber drivers allege that the Uber app is charging their customers a certain fare, but the Uber driver receives a lesser percentage of that fee, minus any fee Uber takes from the trip. For example, a customer’s receipt may say they were charged $32 for a ride, while the driver’s Uber app lists a $28 fare, minus the fee Uber takes, then a trip earnings based on a different fare than what the customer was charged. If you are an Uber driver and have noticed your app lists a lower fare than what your customer’s receipt lists, then please contact us.
