Toyota 4Runner Frame Rust Investigation

Class Action Lawsuit
Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals who own or lease a Toyota 4Runner model years 2005 to the present.  It is alleged that these vehicles may have a defect that leads to premature rust and corrosion.  A formal complaint was filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in August 2018 after Toyota allegedly refused to provide any assistance.  In 2016, Toyota recalled about 690,000 model year 2005-2011 Tacoma trucks due to corroded suspensions, and later that year Toyota settled a rust lawsuit for over $3 billion.  If you own or lease a Toyota 4Runner from model years 2005 to the present that has shown excessive rust in the frame, please fill out the form below.
