Telltale Games Employee Class Action

Were you laid off without notice?
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Telltale Games, based in the San Francisco suburb of San Rafael, for laying off over approximately 275 workers without providing proper notice in accordance with the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act.  The WARN Act stipulates that employers give employees at least 60 days notice prior to termination. Telltale laid off the employees and provided no severance for them in advance of a planned studio closure.
