 TEACH Grant Bait and Switch

Are you a teacher whose TEACH grant was converted into a loan?
Join a Class Action

Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against FedLoan who manages the Department of Education's TEACH Grant program, for bait and switch tactics that converted grants into loans for approximately 12,000 participants since 2008.  The TEACH program gives college students grant money to teach in high demand fields such as special education at schools that serve low income families.  It is alleged that at least one in three college students participating in the program fulfilled all of the requirements but had their grant money taken away and/or converted into loans that had to be repaid with interest.  If you qualified for a TEACH grant that was converted into a loan, please submit your information below.
