T-Mobile Cramming Class Action
Investigating a class action on behalf of individuals who were paid unauthorized charges to T-Mobile. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has alleged that T-Mobile has collected hundreds of millions of dollars for by placing bogus charges on customers’ cellphone bills for premium texting services that the consumers never ordered. It is alleged these charges are the result of a text message scam scheme known as “cramming.” Cramming occurs when scammers attach hard-to-spot charges to text message services like horoscopes or trivia games.
