Swap.com Employee Class Action

Were you laid off without notice?
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Swap.com, the online thrift store based in Illinois, for laying off nearly 200 workers in March 2018 without providing proper notice in accordance with the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act.  The WARN Act stipulates that employers give employees at least 60 days notice prior to termination.  As a result of not receiving adequate notice, the employees were deprived of the benefits they were entitled to receive for two months after their firing, including wages, salary, commissions, bonuses, accrued holiday and vacation pay, 401(k) contributions and health insurance coverage.  If you were terminated by Swap without sufficient notice, please submit your information below.
