Subaru Outback and Legacy Steering Recall Class Action Investigation
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of certain Subaru Outback 2015-2017 and Subaru Legacy 2016-2017 owners and lessees. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has reported that a potential defect exists in the steering columns of these vehicles. However, the parts for this repair are not yet available. Subaru has informed the owners and lessees of these vehicles to stop driving the vehicle and contact a Subaru dealer to have it picked up and repaired. If you are an owner or lessee of a Subaru Outback 2015-2017 or a Subaru Legacy 2016-2017, please contact us. |
