Stream Energy Failure to Pay Solar Panel Energy Credits Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action on behalf of New Jersey residents who own and operate solar panels on their house. New Jersey citizens who operate solar panels and supply power to the regional power grid are supposed to receive a credit from PSE&G or Stream Energy New Jersey to compensate them for their energy contribution. Recent reports indicate that the companies fail to allow New Jersey residents to “bank” their credits, meaning save them up for use during the winter months when more electricity is used. Instead, PSE&G and Stream Energy charge consumers full price when they seek to redeem their energy credits. If you are a New Jersey homeowner who operates solar panels on their home, but failed to receive the proper energy credit from PSE&G or Stream Energy New Jersey, please contact us.
