Scripps Ranch HS Students’ AP Tests Invalidated After Botched Administration Potential Class Action Lawsuit Investigation
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of Scripps Ranch High School students against the College Board for its invalidation of students’ AP Test scores. It is alleged that the school administered these AP Tests in test settings, students sitting too close together with a partition between them, which violated College Board rules. It is further alleged that universities will not accept students’ invalidated scores, and as a result, the students will need to retake their AP Tests or else retake, and pay for, the course in college. If you are a student, or parent of a student, of Scripps Ranch High School adversely affected by the College Board’s AP Test score invalidation, please contact us.
