Samsung Washing Machine Rust

Join the class action
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Samsung arising out of rust developing around the bleach dispenser and lid of many top-loader Samsung washing machines, often within a few years of use.  As a result, rust is spitting onto clothing washed in the machine causing stains and permanent damage, and rust is eating through the paint of the washing machine around the bleach cup. Hundreds of consumers have complained about this persistent problem and have been told to remove the bleach cup and periodically clean it.  However, the bleach cup cannot be removed.  Consumers inquiring about this issue being covered by warranty have been told that rust is a cosmetic feature, and cosmetic features are not covered by the warranty.  If you own a Samsung washer that developed rust in less than five years after you purchased it, please contact us.
