Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers who own a Samsung Galaxy Note 7. Samsung recently recalled the Galaxy Note 7 because of a fire hazard related to the batteries.  Consumers, however, have complained of a slow recall process.  It is alleged that Samsung has had difficulty with its exchange process for the devices bought from its own official website.  Samsung's shipping partners have been reluctant to handle the older Galaxy Note 7 units with the faulty batteries because of the safety concerns.
