Polaris Off Road Vehicles Class Action

Have you experienced a fire?
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Polaris for design failures that cause its vehicles to leak gas when they roll over.  The result is a fire attributed to at least three deaths and three dozen injuries ranging from minor scrapes to limbs burned so badly amputation was required.  It is unknown exactly how many Polaris vehicles contain this design failure; however, the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a new warning of fire danger in at least 133,000 Polaris vehicles including some that had previously been recalled and supposedly fixed.  If you own a Polaris vehicle and are unsure if your vehicle contains this design failure, please submit your information below.
