Pain Cream False Advertising and Fraudulent Billing Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals and employee health care plans that purchased pain compounding creams.  It has been reported that the Department of Justice launched an investigation linked to specialty creams used to treat pain.  It is alleged that some of the products provide little medical value.  These creams are often marketed to seniors as a way to ease pain related to aging.  It has been alleged that some companies have charged more than $10,000 for a single tube or prescription.  It is further alleged that some companies sent more product than was ordered, overbilled or automatically refilled prescriptions.  If you purchased pain cream that did not work as advertised or you were overbilled or automatically charged for a prescription you did not order, please contact us.
