Oracle Salesperson Commission Class Action Investigation
Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of Oracle salespeople. Recent reports claim that Oracle employed a policy called a “re-plan” to reduce commissions earned on sales of software retroactively to decrease the amount it had to pay to salespeople. Oracle also allegedly increased quotas during sales periods to make it harder for salespeople to reach benchmarks to trigger bonuses.
