Ohio National Life Trailing Commissions

Class Action Lawsuit Investigation
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Ohio National Life on behalf of its brokers-dealers.  Ohio National informed brokers-dealers in a Sept. 28, 2018 letter that it would terminate "any and all servicing agreements" on Dec. 12, 2018. That means all compensation, specifically trailing commissions on its existing GMIB variable annuities, stopped on that date.  Brokers and dealers allege that the insurer is pocketing millions of dollars of unpaid commissions without just cause.  If you are an advisor owed unpaid commissions by Ohio National, please submit your information below.
