Ocwen Denial of Mortgage Loan Modification Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action against Ocwen Financial Corporation on behalf of individuals who applied for a mortgage loan modification.  It is alleged that Ocwen backdated denial letters.  In several cases, borrowers may have received a letter denying a mortgage-loan modification dated more than 30 days prior to the date that Ocwen mailed the letter. This essential eliminated the 30 days that the borrower would have to appeal the denial.  If you applied for and were denied a mortgage loan modification by Ocwen, please contact us.
