MBTA Class Action
Investigating a class action against Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) on behalf of riders who purchased tickets and passes they could not use as the result of recent service disruptions. MBTA announced on Feb 17, 2015 that it would not be fully functional for 30 days. On several recent occasions, the system has been completely shut down leaving paying riders stranded.
