LifeWatch Heart Monitoring Device Scam

Investigating a potential lawsuit on behalf of individuals who were charged a monthly fee by LifeWatch for heart monitoring.  It is alleged that salespeople for the medical monitoring device tricked consumers into providing their credit card information by saying a family member had already purchased the device for them and all the individual needed to do was pay a monthly monitoring fee.
