LED Light Bulbs Life Expectancy Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers of LED light bulbs. Consumers have reported LED light bulb manufacturers, such as Phillips, General Electric, Sylvania, and Feit Electric have overstated the life expectancy of their light bulbs compared to traditional, incandescent light bulbs. In 2013, Lights of America, Inc. was found liable for false advertising after claiming its LED bulbs replaced the wattage of incandescent bulbs, when the LED bulbs were not as bright. If you purchased LED light bulbs and discovered their lifespan was shorter than what was advertised on the packaging, please contact us.
