Landmark PC Game Class Action Investigation

Investigating a potential class action against Columbus Nova and Daybreak Game Company on behalf of players of the game Landmark. A spin-off from the Everquest Franchise, Landmark launched in March 2016 as a Microsoft Windows game. In January, Daybreak abruptly announced that they are cancelling and shutting down the game. Daybreak charged players $9.99 as an initial start-up fee and charged differing amounts for in-game purchases that could be converted into Daybreak cash. In its cancellation announcement, Daybreak did not state whether paying players would be refunded either their start-up fee or for in-game purchases. If you were a paying player of Landmark, please contact us.
