K&N Oil Filter Failure?

Join K&N Motorcycle Oil Filter Failure Class Action
KN-138, KN-204 and KN-303

Investigating a class action lawsuit against K&N Engineering for catastrophic oil filter failures relating to its motorcycle and powersports oil filters. It is alleged that these K&N oil filters can suddenly separate and shred resulting in possible engine fires and accidents.  Unfortunately, K&N may decline any liability for these sudden and unexpected oil filter failures.  As a result, individuals may have overpaid for a substandard product that can result in serious bodily injury and/or engine fires if such a failure occurs. If you have purchased a K&N oil filter (numbers 138, 204 or 303) for your motorcycle or powersport and experienced a filter failure, please contact us.
