International Auto Logistics Class Action Investigation

Investigating a class action against International Auto Logistics on behalf of servicemembers whose vehicles have not been shipped and/or received in a timely manner.  International is responsible for a $957.5 million contract to ship Defense Department employees’ personally owned vehicles when they change duty stations.  The Defense Department has received hundreds of complaints about International. The DOD recently investigated the situation and determined that International was not properly documenting the transfer of vehicles from trucks to container ships.  If you are a servicemember who has had a vehicle shipped by International in an untimely manner, please contact us.
