Insulin Pump Supplies Overcharge Class Action Lawsuit  Investigation

Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals who were overcharged by Walgreens or CVS Pharmacy for insulin pump supplies. Insulin pumps are covered under Medicare Part B, however, national pharmacy chains reportedly charge consumers more than they should pay under Medicare. This overcharge causes individuals to hit their Medicare Part D limit faster, which was $3,310 in plan purchases in 2016. After hitting this threshold, individuals are responsible for drug costs out-of-pocket. If you were overcharged for insulin pump supplies by CVS or Walgreens, please contact us.
