Gander Mountain WARN Act Class Action Investigation
Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of Gander Mountain employees. Gander Mountain recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and announced it was closing 32 stores. The closing will affect 1,280 full-time employees in 11 states. Under the WARN Act, a federal law, employers who plan to terminate 50 or more jobs at once are required to give 60 days’ notice to their employees before the closure of a business. Reports from across the country indicate that Gander Mountain’s mass closure news came without prior announcement to its employees. If you are a Gander Mountain employee who was informed they would be laid off, please contact us. |
