Fusia Szechuan Stir Fry Listeria Virus Lawsuits

Investigating lawsuits on behalf of consumers who fell ill after consuming Fusia Szechuan Stir Fry. Recently, 4,000 cases of the stir fry had to be recalled due to contamination of listeria in the product. Listeriosis is a serious infection that pregnant women, their newborns, and adults 65 or older are particularly prone to. Each stir fry bag was labeled with a best-by-date of June 14, 2018, but the virus can still be contained in its contents. If you ate Fusia Szechuan Stir Fry and contracted the listeria virus, please contact us.
