Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Frieze Events for failure to provide proper ventilation at the Frieze New York gallery event held in early May 2018.  Aware that temperatures were expected to be unseasonably high at 90 degrees, Frieze's air conditioning system malfunctioned causing a lack of traffic for exhibitors as well as attendees who became sick from the extreme heat.  There was also no backup system in place in the event of a malfunction.  If you exhibited at Frieze New York, and you suffered from lost business opportunities as a result of the inadequate ventilation, please submit your information below.
