FIGS Medical Scrubs False Ad Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Did you purchase medical scrubs or lab coats?
Investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals who purchased medical scrubs and lab coats from FIGS, Inc. A class action lawsuit alleges that from 2013, FIGS Inc. marketed its health care apparel as “antimicrobial” and able to kill bacteria and infection “immediately on contact” due to the silver ions in the fabric, despite two peer-reviewed studies that refuted the idea that silver can do so in medical scrubs. According to the lawsuit, sometime in June 2019, FIGS began removing from its website and other marketing material claims that its apparel are antimicrobial, but it failed to inform its customers.  If you purchased medical scrubs or lab coats from FIGS since 2013, please fill out the form.
