FedLoan Debt Forgiveness

Has your TEACH grant been converted into a loan?
Join a class action
Investigating a class action lawsuit against FedLoan Servicing, one of the largest federal student loan servicers, for its egregious management of public servant and teacher debt forgiveness programs. It is alleged that FedLoan’s mismanagement of student loans in its PSLF (public service loan forgiveness) program, including delayed and incorrectly processed applications, resulted in these public servants making significantly higher payments, and for a longer period of time, than they should have. It is further alleged that FedLoan’s missteps in handling its TEACH (Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education) program resulted in the conversion of teachers’ grants, given to teachers working in low-income areas, to loans, such that teachers were now responsible for repaying money they never planned on borrowing. If you are, or were, a public servant or teacher in FedLoan’s PLSF or TEACH debt forgiveness program, please submit your information below.
