EQUINOX FACE CREAM INVESTIGATION

Investigating a potential class action against Sheridan Labs which sells Equinox - advertised as an anti-wrinkle face cream.  Customers who sign up for a free trial sample are required to provide their credit or debit card information to pay for shipping.   It is alleged that customers' debit or credit cards are charged $105.95 on a monthly basis if they do not cancel the program.  It is further alleged that a separate anti-aging cream is also shipped that was not ordered and a separate charge for both shipping and a monthly charge is added to the customer's debit or credit card for that item.  If your credit or debit card has been charged for a free trial sample please contact us.
