Easton Baseball Bats Class Action

Weight not as advertised?
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against sporting goods manufacturer, Easton Baseball/Softball Inc. for false advertising in reference to the weight of its youth baseball bats.  It is alleged that the baseball bats weights are not accurate; some are heavier than advertised, and others are lighter.  Inaccurate weights can contribute to player injuries and decreased performance.  If you purchased an Easton youth baseball bat and believe the weight is not accurately depicted on the product, please submit your information below.
