Disposable Contact Lens Illegal Pricing Class Action

Investigating a class action on behalf of individuals and entities that purchased disposable contact lenses manufactured by Alcon, J&J, B&L or CV since June 1, 2013.  It is alleged that these manufacturers created an illegal price floor on lenses sold at major retailers such as Wal-Mart, Meijer, Costco and 1-800-Contacts and LensDiscounters.com which prevented them from discounting the lens.  If you purchased disposable contact lens manufactured by Alcon, J&J, B&L or CV, please contact us.
