Delta Home Protect Warranty Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Investigating a nationwide class action against Delta Home Protect for defrauding consumers. Delta sells home warranty and insurance contracts to homeowners stating that the agreement will cover nearly everything in their house that could fall into disrepair, including fans, water heaters, plumbing, electrical, dishwashers, etc. Delta, however, has completely failed to cover any repair costs when consumers make a claim under the home warrant or insurance contract. The Atlanta based company has an “F” rating from the Better Business Bureau based on numerous negative complaints.
