Dangerous Chemicals in Suffolk County Class Action Lawsuit Investigation 
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Suffolk County and five manufacturers of firefighting foams containing dangerous chemicals.  Suffolk County residents allege that the County did not regulate the use of the foams as it pertains to their testing and use at the Suffolk County Firematics Training Facility.  Residents also allege that the manufacturers of the foams produce products that contaminated their drinking water.  Manufacturers include: 3M, Tyco Fire Products, Angus Fire, National Foam of Pennsylvania, Buckeye Fire Protection Company, and Chemguard.
