Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra Ball Joint Failure Lawsuit

Investigating lawsuits against Chevrolet and GMC for alleged ball joint failures in certain Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra truck models.  These models may contain a defect causing the ball joints to move around or completely dislodge from the spindle.  This issue may result in uneven tire wear and/or a banging sound coming from the vehicle front-end suspension.  If the ball joint were to completely dislodge from the spindle, drivers could lose control of the steering.  If you have experienced ball joint failure in your Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra that resulted in personal injury, please contact us.
