Investigating a class action on behalf of 2014 Chevrolet Impala owners, The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has opened a preliminary investigation of 2014 Chevrolet Impala relating to the emergency braking system.  The investigation is focused on whether the emergency-braking system activates while the car was traveling.  If you have experienced these problems, please contact us.
