Cadillacs Defective Touchscreen Class Action Lawsuit

Investigating a class action lawsuit against General Motors alleging that certain Cadillacs have defective touchscreens that are prone to spontaneously cracking, posing a safety risk to drivers. A class action lawsuit alleges that GM failed to disclose the navigation and radio touchscreen display was defective and could suddenly bubble or crack in a "spider web" formation, rendering them useless, in certain Cadillac Escalades from model years 2014 to 2017 and other models. It is alleged that customers have spent $1,500.00 or more to replace the touchscreen once the defect fully manifests. If you have experienced a defective in the touchscreen, please fill out the form.
