Brother Printers Low Ink Class Action Lawsuit Investigation
Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Brother International Corporation for printer malfunctions related to low ink in the toner cartridges.  To begin with, the printer allegedly stops printing if one of the cartridges is determined by the printer to be empty, making it impossible to print a black and white document if the color cartridges are deemed empty for example.  Also, it is alleged that if the consumer attempts to manipulate the cartridge by shaking it or using other means to empty the ink in the toner cartridge after the system determines the ink to be empty, the printer head could be damaged.  If you own a Brother printer and have experienced issues with the longevity of the cartridges, please contact us.
