Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Bose for false marketing.  Bose's SoundSport Wireless, SoundSport Pulse, and SoundSport Free headphones claim to be durable (sweat and moisture resistant during workouts) and have a long battery life (5 or 6 hours of use per charge).  However, consumers have alleged that the headphones fail after minimal usage and often after expiration of the warranty.  The alleged defect causes the battery to weaken and eventually stop charging.  If you own Bose SoundSport headphones that have prematurely failed, please submit your information below.
