BMW Battery Failure N63 Engine Class Action

Investigating a potential class action lawsuit against BMW on behalf of owners and lessees of the X5 xDrive50i, X6 xDrive50i, 550i, 650i and 750i vehicle models.  In these vehicles, equipped with the N63 engine, the smart-charging system attempts to increase fuel economy slightly by charging the battery only when coasting. Unfortunately, the N63's cooling system continues to run long after the engine has been turned off.  The draw from this system on the battery results in battery failure.  As a result, BMW has advised that these batteries should be replaced every 10,000 miles, well before the expected life of a battery.  If you own or lease any of these BMW vehicles, please contact the below attorneys.
